Forum "Ainés, bien informés" Le Faouët

Within the framework of the Charter of Solidarity with the Elders, in collaboration with the MSA, the CARSAT and the Espace Autonomie Santé, 6 forums are organized in the territory of the Charter, including 3 in the territory of RMCom. These forums aim to make local resources known, promote local initiatives and provide practical information to visitors. They will address different themes related to aging well: - Social and intergenerational links: Promotion of local initiatives:, “Osons le Bus” device, collaborative work between the Museum and the Autonomous Residence of Le Faouët, - Well-being and well-being aging: Sophrology and reflexology workshops, information on existing health prevention actions in the area - Publicize alternative housing methods: Advice from an occupational therapist for adapting housing, presentation of the “one roof - 2 generations” system », Presentation of family care - Help for caregivers: Presence of respite structures for caregivers (Barr Héol or Kassiopée), project« I help my loved one ». The Espace Autonomie Santé, France Alzheimer and France Services are also present to provide information on their missions. From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Free entry, compulsory health pass.
